Simraungadh’s Karnataka State in Nepal’s History Simraungadh (Nepali:सिम्रौनगढ) lies in Bara District in the Narayani Zone. Its ancient name was Simara-vanagadha (Nepali: सिमरा–वनगढ). At that time all the big settlement areas used to be called as Fortress (किल्ला) in terms of security. Such fortresses were made even in the midst of the forest and were called as ‘Vanagadha’ (Nepali: वनगढ) or ‘Vanadurga’ (Nepali:वनदुर्ग).The fortress used to be named after the forest’s name. Thus, Simara-Vangadha got it’s named from the forest of Simara (Nepali: सिमराको वन). In a course of time, the term was pronounced as “Simraungadh” (Nepali: सिम्रौनगढ), which is the current place’s official name in Bara district. The entire area around of then Simraungadh was famous by the name Tirhut (Nepali:तिरहुत). हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ नानी तिमीले नाकबाट सिंगान लुरुरु ... पार्दै अनी तोतेबोली निकाल्दै मेरो नुमाल खै भनेको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। स्कुल जाने बेला भैसक्यो खाना खान समय ला'उने अनी मैले पिड्दै /रुवाउदै पिलेटे थालभरिको भात कोचाएको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। जुत्ता खोली झोलामा हाली खोला तर्दा जुत्ता हराई धानबारी मडार्दै जुत्ता खोजेको, अनी,जुत्ता नभेटीपछी तिमीलाई ठटाउंदै घर ल्याएको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। म स्कुलबाट हतार हतार तिमीलाई लिन सानो मामाको घर पछाडी पर्खदा, तिमी लाईनमा बसी गित गाएजस्तो गर्दै ध्यान म तिर गरेको अनी दौडेर आएर मुसुक्क हास्दै मेरो हात समाउदै चक्लेट तानेको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। बेला/वेलामा आमाले गाली गर्दै, यस्ता नराम्रा अक्षर लेख्ने भामातीको त बिहे नै हुन्न भनेर पढ नानी भन्दा, तिमीले तेत्रा बिधी स्कुलका केटा के हुन भनी जवाफ फर्काएको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। घरमा जो सुकै आएपनी टुल(मुढा)मा बस्नुस भन्दै इशारा गर्ने, हरिबहादुरले ठुलचौताराटी ए भट्टाखाई भट्खाई भन्दै बोलाउदा तिमी कान ठाडा पार्दै हजुर हजुर भन्दै कराएको हिजै जस्तो लाग्छ।।। तिमीले होमवर्क गर्न नसक
